What is it?
This is a database of contact details and information about Clubs and Non-profitiable Organisations in Rotorua and Nationwide
A wide range of subjects is included, such as recreational, cultural, sporting, health facilities, service clubs and support groups.

To search for a club or organisation, click here Community Databases
When Community Databases is open :
- A page with the search option boxes will appear.
- Type the name of your organisation in the "Clubs & Org. Name Keyword" box and click the arrow in the red dot. The organisation information should then appear.
You will be able to see what information the general audience can see. No contact names are shown, for this information you will need to verify the details with the Librarian in charge of the database.
Who can join?
- Any club or community based organisation active in the Rotorua district and nationwide.
- There is "no cost" to join the database.
- To keep the database current an update form will be sent out every year.
To join
- Click Here for the application form - print it, fill it in and either deliver or post it to the Library, or
- Ring the Interloans Librarian on 07 348 4177 to send out a form to you or
- Email - Library@rdc.govt.nz for an application form
