Most items are allowed 2 renewals, providing another borrower isn't waiting for the item.

 

You may renew an item you have on loan by accessing your account through the Library Catalogue.  You will need your membership number and PIN.

 

Your membership number is the 14 digit number on your library card.  To obtain a PIN number, phone us on 3484177 or call in to the library.  Have your library card with you, tell us your birthdate and what 4 digit PIN number you want.

 

Renewals may also be done in person, by telephone, fax or email. 

 

Renewing an item extends the due date by the normal loan period for that item. The extended period is from the date the items are renewed, NOT the date they were originally due.  Rental or overdue charges will be payable on your next visit to the library.  Loan periods and charges are detailed here.

 

 

You may have ONE RENEWAL only for interloaned material. However please note: The lending library has the right to ask for their items back AT ANY TIME.  If this happens we are obliged to return it as soon as possible. 

 
You can only renew your interloan material by bringing the item into the library.

Interloans must not be renewed through your account in the Library Catalogue.
