How old do you have to be to join the library?
Any age can join but if you're under 18 you will need your parents signature.
How many items can I take out at one time?
Resident library members can have up to forty items out on their cards at any one time.
What are your opening hours?
9.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4pm Saturdays

Does it cost to reserve or take out books from TeeNZown? No! If you're a member of the library then reserving books from the TeeNZown collection is free! Issuing any books from the TeeNZown collection is also free!
How do I make a suggestion if I think the library should buy something?
To suggest a title for us to purchase, send an email to us by clicking here, or come in and fill out a suggestion form at the Library's front desk.
How can I organise a class or group visit to the library? Click here to send an email to us to organise a secondary school class visit or group booking.
How old do you have to be to come along to holiday events at Teenzown?
Between 13-18 years old.
How can you access the Wifi? By bringing your library card to the front counter at the Library and asking for the day's password for the Wifi.
How can you access the study databases? Either in the library on the library catalogue computers or via this website on the Databases web page.
