Find out about the DNA research process, how you can present your family history or how to use Māori Land Online, Cenotaph, Papers Past and Ancestry.com.  Specialist Researcher, Ben Manley will present a lecture and workshop on Mapping Technology and Alex Gilbert, founder of I'm Adopted will tell his adoption story as a 2 year old Russian em​igrating to Whangarei, New Zealand.

Raymon Naisbitt from FamilySearch.org (USA) is coming to talk on Exploring FamilySearch.org from a British Isles perspective.  Raymon manages the Professional Services Team at Family Search and is passionate about family history. This is a great opportunity to hear good advice from an expert on Thursday 8th August at 10.30am.
