We are launching a brand new series called Rotorua Library Wellness Series where we will have specialists in different subjects giving free talks to the community.

Each of these talks will be at 5.30pm on Thursdays through March.

Financial wellness, Thursday 14 March

While the temperatures are still warm we will soon be facing the need to heat our homes which may mean stocking up on firewood or anticipating increased power and gas bills. School children might be requiring new winter jackets or shoes, money for school camps or after school activities. Join us to get some tips on managing your money from our friends at Rotorua Budget Advisory Service.
Find some books about managing personal finances here.

Wellness of your home,  Thursday 21 March

Having a healthy home can make a considerable difference to your financial personal wellbeing. This week we are hosting Healthy Homes Service who will advise us on a range of things that can be done to keep our homes warm, dry and healthy over winter.
