Want to get your community group's message out? Having an event or an awareness week? The Library is an ideal place to raise community awareness of your group or event.
We have two areas for community information, a notice board and a digital noticeboard. These are situated in on the Ground Floor in a busy thoroughfare near the lifts.
This board is for notices of community based groups and events. Single A4 posters are accepted. Event notices will be dated and displayed for two weeks.
We do not accept brochures and commercial and political displays are not permitted.
Please talk to library staff to arrange for your notice to be displayed. Any notice maybe taken down at library staff discretion.
Our Digital Noticeboard, a screen located beside the Community Noticeboard, is an option for community groups wanting to raise awareness or promote a specific event. Digital content in the form of image files can be submitted for display on this screen. Images need to be of high resolution and quality and suitable for a wide.screen.
Content will be displayed intermittantly on the screen over a period of up to two weeks at the discretion of library staff.
There is no charge for the use of the Digital Noticeboard. Commercial and political displays are not accepted.
Fill in the Digital Notices Submission Form below to enquire or submit your content.
