We have five Meeting Rooms of varying sizes at Rotorua Library as well as the Discovery Space, a presentation and seminar space in the open public area on the Second Floor.

Booking
Bookings must be made with our Online Booking System.
How to book:
1. Click BOOK NOW and select your login option:
2. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
3. Select the location and then the date required.
4. Click on your meeting start time, then drag the 'green box' to change time and the 'green arrow' to adjust the length of time. Times shaded in red are unavailable.
6. Click continue, add details of your booking and click continue again.
Payment
Choose 'Continue Payment' to pay online when making a booking, or
Choose 'Pay Later' to pay in the library or to pay online later.
Meeting room prices in our Online Booking System are set for non-profit organisations. If the booking is deemed to be for commercial and/or profit gathering purposes, then additional fees may apply. See our Fee Schedule for details.

Discovery Space

The Discovery Space is in the open area on the Second Floor and cannot be closed off to members of the public.
This area is not available for hosting events on Sundays.

Catering
Tea and coffee: Tea and coffee facilities are available. Alternatively deliveries from our on-site coffee cart can be arranged.
