Spaces Now Available

There are a few spaces available in Rotorua Library Lego Clubs.

Lego Club is free and open to all children aged 5-11. Clubs are run once a month on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. Each child can attend once a month. 

Registrations are now open for our Lego Clubs. Register online​ now or contact Rotorua Library to reserve your child’s place.  

Lego Club Information

Rotorua Library Lego Club has been running since November 2016.

Lego Club allows children to collaboratively play with others while using our new Lego set. Each club begins with a story then children can build whatever they please.

Lego Club is free and open to all children aged 5-11. All materials are provided and Lego Club is FREE. Each child attends Lego Club once monthly.

Lego Clubs are held on the following days:

​1st Monday of the Month - FULL​3.30-5pm
​2nd Monday of the Month - FULL​3.30-5pm
​3rd Monday of the Month ​​3.30-5pm
​4th Monday of the Month - FULL​​3.30-5pm
​2nd Tuesday of the Month - FULL​​​​​3.30-5pm
​4th Tuesday of the Month - FULL​3.30-5pm
​2nd Saturday of the Month - FULL​10.30am-noon
​2nd Saturday of the Month - FULL​1.30-3pm

 

Parents and guardians of children aged 8 and under are asked to stay in the Makerspace during club time. Parents and guardians of children aged 9 and over are asked to stay in the library.

Younger & older siblings aged between 3 and 13 are welcome. Children aged 36 months and under require one on one supervision.

We are very grateful to the Friends of the Rotorua Library for funding the purchase of our super-sized Lego set and for the support of our Makerspace Programmes Partner Unison.
