Our non-fiction Teen Shelves on the First Floor are full of useful books just for you!

There are numerous places to study in the Library.  As well as tables and chairs scattered throughout Te Aka Mauri, there is also:

The Reading Room on the 2nd Floor for quiet, individual study.

The Discovery Space, also on the 2nd Floor which doubles as an event space also has tables and chairs arranged suitably for group study.  However if there is an event on, please be considerate.

The Don Stafford Room has tables and chairs for quiet study as well as two private rooms, available by request.

There is also FREE WIFI throughout the Library.


Are you a student under 18 years still living at home and have no broadband?  Your household may be eligible for SPARK JUMP - a service to get students online.  Get a free modem and internet connection.
