Tuesday 7 March 2023 is Census Day. Census is our chance to represent our families, our whānau, communities, cultures, and ourselves. The information we provide through Census helps iwi, community groups, local and central government, and businesses make decisions about funding and providing services that affect our whānau, our community, and us so it is important that we all participate.

Rotorua Library, Te Aka Mauri is an official location to support completion of your 2023 Census either online or filling out the paper forms. We offer free wifi and access to a computer should you need it.
Drop In Assistance
- Help getting your individual Census Code or application to have your forms delivered to you.
- Access to WIFI
- Use of computers or assistance on your own device
- Clarification of questions
- Assistance with alternative formats - English, Māori, Braille, Large Print, Audio, Video
The Census 2023 Drop In Service is available during Library open hours up to 4pmTuesday 7 March 2023
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Weekends 10am - 4pm
